Early one piece luftschutz helmet with liner and chin strap. Stamping is hard to read and I took pictures both dry and slightly wetting it with water, the wet shows up a little better but stuill hard to make out so I may be wrong on one character or so. Looks like RL2 and 39/21. [Continue]

WW2 German Luftschutz Gladiator Helmet, all original with complete liner, but there is no symbol. The helmet has scuffs and scratches showing signs of wear, and there are numbers listed at the back of the helmet.
This is a WWII German Luftschutz Helmet in good condition for it’s age with leather liner only partially remaining in rough condition. There is the remnants of some tape on the outer shell on the front of this helmet where the wings logo is.

A very nice example of a late war one piece Gladiator helmet worn by the Luftschutz. Stamped RL2-39/2 making it produced by Bath en Wagarda in Dresden.
