Very nice set of Carl Zeiss Artillery binoculars. One side has a built in ranging system, the other is standard magnification with no grading. A little cloudiness, but still mostly clear. The case is is solid, but the strap is broken as shown. Original neck strap is intact on the binoculars, as is the cover. The soldier’s name was Hans Meyer. He came in Normandy in 1943, and was put up in a french family. He left Normandy in 1944.
