WW2 Original steel helmet M35. A rare helmet without decals from the factory. Stamp on the helmet EF64 3844. The helmet is considered rare due to the 3844 stamp, since the helmets with this stamp in the database did not have decals, which is very rare for early M35 helmets. The helmet was not in the ground and was found in the village, where it had been lying since the war. The original stamps are perfectly preserved, like all the metal, only the upper part of the helmet has suffered from time. Which I restored using welding and grinding, giving an even shape and making the helmet strong. The helmet has been restored and painted in RAL 6006 color. Helmet liner with chinstrap is new. An excellent helmet for a personal collection or for use in reenactments of combat battles. An original World War Two German M42 Helmet with liner and manufacturers markings. This was originally a double decal helmet and the shadows of both decals can be seen on the helmet – please see photos. These would have been removed during the war as per the regulations. The helmet includes its original liner which is in a very worn state but is original to the helmet and has never been removed. The rear of the helmet is marked’EF64′ with a lot number of’3099′.
