Pre-WW2 German fire police (Feurschutzpolizei) or Fire Service helmet. Model 1934 civic style helmet. The helmet has an aluminum alloy fireman comb on top that is a little loose (has a little bit of play). Has two seven-hole air vents on each side of helmet. Has a German state style metal insignia on front of helmet. Worn condition liner and chinstrap, however, still in decent condition. Overall, an interesting, most likely mid-1930s state fire service helmet.
