This is a vintage WW II German M42 Helmet. Helmet is a late war make and in good shape. No markings or decals on the outside. Inside are two stamps along the edge CKL 66 and below that 5396. (Manufacturers marks) Liner is in poor shape, half of the leather suspension pieces tips are ripped out of the suspension. Under the leather liner band is stamped; 1-4 under that line is; RBN 0/305 0327 Under this line is a large number; 61 See picture. One side of the chinstrap is complete, the other buckle side is missing the buckle. Feel free to ask a questions. This is a original WW2 German helmet. The markings on the inside rolled edge 4941 on the back.. ET64 is on the inside on the left side.. There also so is a size 57 on the back inner leather liner.
