WWII-era German Heer soldier plaque. Shows use, light scratches, staining, and wear. Metal parts have light corrosion and discoloration. The metal helmet has a dark spot on the face. Complete with its wooden backing. It has a built-in wall hanger on the reverse of the wooden plaque. The helmet retains its decal detail. 6 5/16″ x 3 1/16″ without hanger. In very good condition for the old piece! Only some minor looses on the helmet finish. Please see all the photos! Some original paper on the bottom with the historical information in German language. Don’t know much about it. Got it at the estate sale in Los Angeles. Size:5 3/8″-3 1/4″.
