Original double decal M35 helmet from 1936. Restored by Alexander and Sons Restorations to replicate its original self as issued. Produced in late 1936, finished and issued in early 1937. 1937 dome stamp, correct sub-shade of apfelgrun appropriate for the NS64 lot comes from 36-37. Gently aged and antiqued by the restorer, and with a unit stamp and serial number stamped inside. Awesome helmet, just getting out of the hobby a bit. A beautifully created Fallschirmjager helmet by FJ Werke. These are known as the finest reproduction WW2 German Paratrooper helmets available. Like many originals, the ckl68 mark is covered by the zinc band. The batch number is clearly visible. The paint is the original factory type field green textured finish in near perfect condition. The sheepskin liner is in fantastic condition and properly marked. The cloth covered Buna-s rubber dome pad is present. The Type 2 Chinstrap harness is in like new with the buckle and snaps fully functional. This helmet has the look and feel of a unissued example! Feel free to ask questions.
