Up for your consideration is an Original Hungarian M38 that was has been restored. The shell is marked DR66. This helmet has not had the extra holes drilled in the front and retains its original Hungarian configuration unlike many helmets for sale by other dealers. The helmet was repainted and the liner and chinstrap are European made replacements like the original Hungarian liner. The liner can fit up to a size 61 with the pads removed. The helmet is 100% original shell that has been professionally restored. The shell is in perfect order with no rust pitting or cracks. Thanks so much for looking!

This helmet has not had the extra holes drilled in the front and retains its original Hungarian configuration unlike many helmets for sale by other dealers. The helmet was repainted by Finland. Here’s a rare helmet for sale, in very good condition overall compared to most. These helmets were produced in England by the Vickers Company in the late 20’s for the Irish Defense Forces, and were used until replaced in 1940. The white overpaint was added to these examples for emergency services after that point, like 99% of the less than 10,000 made that survived. The white paint on this example is extremely impressive, with only minor scratching and some minor flaking of the paint on the visor and right side. What sets this example apart, is the original solder on the liner pins, which is never seen on other examples! Interior lining is very nice overall, being mostly intact. 3 of the 6 fingers (1 on each pad) has fallen victim to mice. Liner band correctly marked T. Chinstrap almost perfect as well. Shell has the correct Vickers stamp on the interior side of the skirt. The original color paint remains visible in the interior dome. An extremely nice and rare piece perfect for any collection! Here is a 1966 vintage Premier German style motorcycle minibike scooter helmet in a striking purple color. Handmade from fiberglass by the Premier Company, and marketed under the TECO/Chopper line, this helmet is new old stock and has never been worn. The top foam is missing but easily replaced. There is slight fading of the interior cloth but the foam is supple and intact. Please examine the photos to assess condition and suitability for your purposes. Its design is reminiscent of those worn during World War II and it would make a great addition to any militaria collection. The helmet is original and handmade by Premier. This is an original not has reproduced.
