Very incredible piece of late WWI WWII history for sale! Looks to be a M16 helmet with the vents and steel construction (ET66 stamp). For Eisenhüttenwerk Thale, big shell size – 66. The Eisenhüttenwerk Thale was a steelworks in Thale, Germany, known for producing various steel products, including steel helmets during World War II. These helmets, often stamped with “ET” or “ET66″ to indicate their origin and size, were commonly found on German Heer (Army) helmets. Helmet in used condition. Helmet has minimal impact. Shows signs of scuffs/wear/use. See images for details/condition. Not sure if it’s the original flak paint. Message me if you have any questions.
