VINTAGE WWII GERMAN LUFTWAFFE Ho 3 EARPHONE INSERTS. MATCHED PAIR Fl 26787. This pair of WWII German Luftwaffe Flight Helmet H0 3 Earphone Inserts belonged to a friend of mine who recently passed away. He set aside vintage military items over the years. This matched pair of inserts was found with some other flight helmet components that were brought home in 1945 by a US Army Veteran. This pair of WWII German Luftwaffe Flight Helmet Ho 3 earphone inserts appear excellent and may be NOS replacements (see photos). They are nicely marked to their respective reverses with red numbers and an inspection stamp (see photos). The numbers indicate they are Ho 3 (FI 26787) the HI standing for Flight Equipment Number cataloged by the Reich Air Ministry (see photos). The segmented wires are present and soldered/attached to each insert (see photos). Thy show only some light age soiling overall (see photos). This pair of WWII bringback German Luftwaffe Flight Helmet parts remain solid/intact and would be excellent for display or to complete a helmet missing earphones.
