Original, untouched, named, WWII German M42 No decal helmet complete with original liner and 1942 dated chinstrap. This unmessed with helmet is a pleasing sight to see. The shell is maker marked, Ckl64 and manufactured by Eisenhutten AG, Thale. Shell size is 64cm. Liner size is stamped 57cm. This size stamp can be faintly seen on the rear leather tongue. There is a dome ink acceptance stamp on the inner shell. The chinstrap is maker marked, which is hard to read by the date can be seen as 1942. The chinstrap has a cut in the center but still holding true. Original liner split pins and liner nicely in place and doesn’t seem to have been ever removed from this helmet. The leather liner has the names of the original owner which I assume is, “Bome”? Original drawstring is present. If you’re looking for a nice unmessed with example, this is it!
