Refinished/Restored WWII German M42 Helmet with Original NS66 Shell. Original WWII German M42 steel helmet shell, marked NS66 for Vereinigte Deutsche Nikelwerke, size 66. M 42 helmet camo condition has white paint under the camo. Do not have any information on the helmet numbers are hard to read inside. So please make sure you look at pictures carefully. Do not have any information on the helmet.
Helmet has been painted but is unique in the sense that it has soldiers German cursive writing On back it’s faint but reads out to be Wilhelm München so his name and hometown! Nice original wwii m40 Heer German helmet with battle damage and stains on the liner.
I cannot confirm if camouflage is original or not helmet appears to be an ET cannot read the number and cannot read the number in the rear part of helmet to rusted. Again, I don’t have a lot of information on this helmet. This is probably a reproduction.
This design was commonly seen from the 1930s to the early 1950s. At the time, it was also used by fire police units. The helmet shows heavy wear including dents, damage. Believe it’s an M 35. The inside markings are ET 66 other number is 5772. I do not have any information on it. Has some rust around the rim of the helmet otherwise helmet is in very good shape. The inside liner is missing the chinstrap. And the liner leather is torn appears to have [Continue]
The leather is a little hard, but it doesn’t crumble or crack, and is in relatively good condition.
Here is a neat item from the WW2 era. Has a postwar Finnish or German leather liner and chinstrap that needs a good cleaning. Size 58 liner which is a 7 1/4. In good to very good, used condition overall. No cracks or major dents. Does have a very minor dent on top. Thank you [Continue]
