This is an all original Kriegsmarine German M42 helmet marked Ckl and size 66. This helmet retains about Id say around a little over 50 percent of the original Gold decal but is flaking which is very common among the KM decals. KM helmets are very sought after and are very rarely come across. As Im aware some heer decals age and look like Kriegsmarine decals but I have studied the decal very closely and there is an even gold color throughout with no sign of it being silver.
