Beautiful, early-war original M40 German helmet. Big shell size of 68 with a liner size of 60/61. Completely refurbished with new paint, quality leather liner and chinstrap with a hard “Zimmerit” finish. Very unique and very cool. Comes with a chicken-wire basket imported from Europe. Newly restored and never worn, just displayed. Currently configured as a an elite style SD (early style SD). Stamped ET68 with a batch# of 6222. Shell is in great condition.
