WWII German steel helmet. Genuine WWII German steel helmet. In original condition and complete with leather liner, chinstrap etc. Originally had two decals but appears to have been overpainted which has partially covered the decals. In used but good condition considering the age, See pics for a full description. Please note the leather liner has some damage and the chinstrap is cut about halfway through. Named with number so researchable. The numbers on the skirt are hard to make out. It looks like either 062 or Q62. The overpaint appears to have been period done (during the war) as you can faintly make out the owners name under the paint and the name has been reapplied after it was painted over but is typical of the period and shows a lot of age.
