Acquired directly off a veterans family, so this is in an untouched state. Just by observing the helmet I assume this was a Heer issue. Makers initials and size: NS64. Original liner and chinstrap. Very nice and 100% original German WWII helmet chinstrap. This chinstrap came out of a M35 reissued helmet. The long end has 13 holes and is maker marked and dated “1937”. Leather shows some cracking from age, but is still very plyable. The short end appears to have a steel buckle. Great chinstrap to complete [Continue]
