This is Nice example of a totally original WWI. WWII German Transitional M16 Helmet. The stamped, sheet steel construction, helmet retains about 85% of its original paint. Vintage German M1916 helmet. Size : 30.5cm x 23.5cm. The last number is not legible, probably ET64. With horn-like ventilation lugs. A few light dent to the top. Has the ring but the leather liner is gone. Also missing the strap. Overall very nice condition.
