WW2 German M40 Helmet This is a Second World War German M40 helmet. The helmet has been repainted at one point in time. It has no decals or a lining. Judging by the way it looks inside it was excavated from a war site and repainted by the previous owner for preservation purposes. We dont know is its a piece used by the German army or is an export piece. Dimensions The helmet is a small-medium size. It weighs 1.27 Kg. Condition As previously said the helmet is missing its lining, chinstrap and decals. It is free of rust or any damage, apart from some paint scratches. Please see further images below..
