This is a WWII German Luftwaffe LW leather winter flight flying helmet (LKPW101). The helmet was produced in Germany and is an original piece from the period of WW II (1939-45). This type of helmet was worn by Luftwaffe pilots but doesn’t appear to have been used. In excellent condition for it’s age. Doesn’t appear to have a size marking. My head measures 58 cm and it’s slightly too small for me. Unable to make any other size recommendations. Included some photos with measurements.
